How to solve bing map ajax over SSL https problem, "Microsoft is undefined?"

Add s=1 parameter in the URL reference
https://ecn.dev.virtualearth.net/mapcontrol/mapcontrol.ashx?v=7.0&s=1

    Great thanks Ray, I am using Bing Maps for our IronCloud app over SSL and this saved me a ton of time debugging.
